Martial arts is great for children, it helps them burn off some energy, whilst keeping them fit and healthy. At Kuk Sool Won of West Oxfordshire our classes start with Chipmunks for 3½-5 year olds, as they progress and become more confident our intermiedary Little Tigers class helps to prepare them for the Juniors. The final step is our Teens and Adults classes. Depending on your age and confidence you can start in the class to suit you, on your own journey to Black Belt one step at a time.
The classes help children to improve their self-discipline and build their social skills whilst they work with the other students and instructors in the school.
